NAFCC ACCREDITATION

The National Association for Family Child Care sponsors a nationally recognized accreditation system for family child-care providers, which defines standards of quality.

What is NAFCC Accreditation?

NAFCC Accreditation is an indicator that a family child-care home offers a safe, high quality program, which meets the needs and interests of all children while promoting individual development. In addition, accreditation indicates that the program offered for the children is educationally sound and the caregiver is participating in her/his own continuing education program.

In today’s world, parents are more interested and concerned about the care and education of their children; they are more likely to choose a provider who has shown the initiative to improve her professionalism by meeting the necessary standards for accreditation.
